Grow Therapy is a nationwide platform that connects licensed mental health providers with new clients by helping them join insurance panels and manage the business side of private practice. Therapists work independently, set their own schedules, and receive referrals from Grow’s network and marketing. The platform handles credentialing, billing, invoicing, and insurance claims, with no membership fees or revenue share. Providers are paid directly at the negotiated in-network rate and can see as many or as few clients as they choose.
